Do your microbes need a little love?

Like all humans, you have many types of microscopic critters called microbes living in one part of your colon. We call that collection of microbes your gut microbiome. If your gut microbiome needs help, you’ll probably have symptoms—ranging from digestive problems and fatigue to skin irritation and food intolerances. Take good care of your gut so it can take good care of you!

Our Fall/Winter issue offers tips to help you get your gut microbiome in good shape.

Did you know? You have access to a microbiome test, a registered dietitian and other resources for taking good care of your gut health—all at no cost to you and in the privacy of your home. Get started at go.cylinderhealth.com/Walmart.

Give those nasty bugs the cold shoulder

Winter means cozy time at home—and colds, flu, and COVID-19.

Both flu and COVID-19 vaccines offer strong protection against hospitalization and death. It’s possible to get the flu or COVID-19 even if you’re fully vaccinated. But you’re likely to get much less sick and for a shorter time than if you’re not vaccinated.

For more ways to chase away winter viruses, see our Fall/Winter issue.

Bonus tip: Get the care you need to thrive this year! Check the chart on preventive care to learn what vaccines, screenings, and exams are covered by your plan at 100%.
